Hi, I'm Utkarsh!

I'm a Data Science major at Davis. I do research at the Infectious Diseases Department at Mass General and Harvard Med and work on deep learning models for prostate cancer research, immune tolerance mechanisms in human transplants, and antigen engineering using protein foundational models. I'm interested in computational biology, frequentist statistics, and deep learning. I like to read, code, cook, play badminton, stargaze, play the guitar, and bike.
