Hi, I'm Utkarsh!

I'm a Data Science major at Davis. I do research at the Infectious Diseases Department at Mass General and Harvard Med and work on deep learning models for cancer research and protein engineering using protein language models. This summer, I'll be at UCSF doing structural biology research! I'm interested in computational biology and deep learning. I like to read, code, cook, play badminton, stargaze, play the guitar, and bike.
